In this role, you will:
This is a 24-month programme designed to take you from day one to independently owning complex, multi-workstream projects. You’ll rotate across three core areas of the business, building practical experience across the full stack of how a high-growth B2B SaaS company operates.
- Operations
- Get hands‑on with how we deploy our AI platform into veterinary practices at scale, from onboarding to go‑live.
- Build foundational product and project management skills, progressing from supervised delivery to owning full implementations independently.
- Develop deep expertise in how practices operate, how our software fits into clinical workflows, and how to drive adoption across different types of users.
- Growth & Client Team
- Work across commercial functions; lead generation, sales support, and the full sales cycle on the Growth side.
- Manage live customer relationships on the Client side, implementing value‑driving features and helping improve how our Success team operates.
- Get close to customers and develop a sharp commercial instinct for what makes vets switch, stay, and expand.
- Product
- Bridge commercial insight and technical delivery, contributing to QA, roadmap discovery, and how we prioritise based on real‑world feedback.
- Work alongside PMs to shape product decisions based on what you’ve seen in the field.
- Help craft the ins and outs of a genuinely AI‑native health tech platform from the inside.
Your background looks something like:
- 0–2 years of experience in a high-growth startup, tier 1 management consultancy, VC fund, or investment bank — strong internships count.
- Minimum 2:1 from a top university.
- Commercially minded — you think about why things matter, not just how they work.
- Strong communicator who can explain complex ideas clearly and simply, to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Organised and reliable: you follow through, keep things moving, and don’t need to be chased.
As a person, you:
- Are curious by nature, you ask good questions, actually listen to the answers, and connect dots across different parts of the business.
- Get energised by ambiguity rather than slowed down by it. You move fast and figure things out as you go.
- Want to own things early, not watch from the sidelines. You’re not looking for a structured grad scheme, you want real responsibility.
- Are excited to work in‑person from our Paddington, London HQ.
- Value working with people who are kind, ambitious, and pragmatic.
What does success look like in 6 months?
- You’re deep into your first rotation and already operating with more independence than most people expect at this stage.
- You know the product, the customers, and the business well enough to have genuine opinions about how things should work.
- People across the team are coming to you because they trust your work, not just to complete tasks, but to think.
