As a Support Worker, no two days are the same. You will be supporting individuals with their day-to-day needs whilst building positive relationships and helping them to live fulfilling lives in safe and supportive environments.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting individuals with day-to-day activities and routines

- Building professional and positive relationships
- Supporting with education, social activities, appointments, and community access
- Maintaining accurate records and completing daily documentation where required
- Supporting emotional wellbeing and providing reassurance when needed
