We are recruiting on behalf of a long-standing and valued client for a Warehouse Support & Logistics Coordinator to join their growing after-sales and operations team in Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual with warehouse and logistics experience to join a fast-paced, international business. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations and delivering excellent support to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organise stock, spare parts and inventory within the warehouse.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and orderly warehouse environment, ensuring equipment and materials are properly stored and handled.
  • Coordinate logistics activities, including dispatching replacement items and arranging collections of returned goods.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, operational procedures and company policies.
  • Support inventory control processes, including the use of handheld scanning devices and stock monitoring systems.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times.

About You

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, stores or logistics environment is essential.
  • Experience with stock control and customer service processes is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of the renewable energy sector would be advantageous, but is not essential.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Flexible, reliable and keen to develop within a growing international organisation.
  • Fluent in English; additional European language skills would be beneficial but are not essential.
