Lupa Collective is currently looking for passionate, reliable, and dedicated Support Workers to join our growing team across Liverpool, Knowsley, and the Wirral. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children, young people, and adults who require support. We are looking for people who can provide compassionate, person-centred care and support individuals to achieve independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes.

As a Support Worker, no two days are the same. You will be supporting individuals with their day-to-day needs whilst building positive relationships and helping them to live fulfilling lives in safe and supportive environments.

Key responsibilities:
  • Supporting individuals with day-to-day activities and routines
  • Promoting independence and encouraging personal development
  • Building professional and positive relationships
  • Supporting with education, social activities, appointments, and community access
  • Maintaining accurate records and completing daily documentation where required
  • Supporting emotional wellbeing and providing reassurance when needed
  • Following safeguarding procedures and maintaining a high standard of care
  • Working effectively as part of a team and independently when required
Requirements:
  • A caring, compassionate, and positive approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins where required
  • Previous experience in care or support work is desirable but not essential
  • Full UK driving licence desirable (but not essential)
  • Enhanced DBS check required (or willingness to complete one)
  • Right to work in the UK required
