Lupa Collective is recruiting an experienced CNC Machine Operator on behalf of an established manufacturing company based in Bootle. Our client is looking for a reliable, skilled individual to join their Door Preparation Department, working across the production and fabrication of composite doors. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with CNC operating experience who is looking for a full-time role within a supportive manufacturing environment.
The Role
- Operate CNC machinery, including SCM equipment.
- Carry out door sizing, cutting and edge banding.
- Prepare and glaze composite doors.
- Complete quality checks to ensure products meet manufacturing standards.
- Work efficiently to meet production targets.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
- Support other areas of production when required.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience operating CNC machinery.
