We are looking for a visionary Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) / Strategic Growth Leader to drive innovation, foster strategic partnerships, and lead our global growth initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement transformative strategies to drive business growth and foster innovation.
- Cultivate and sustain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including top executives in the luxury and retail sectors.
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve high-impact results.
- Identify new opportunities, secure strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth.
- Oversee financial planning, risk management, and the scaling of operations.
- Represent Lunu Pay at global events, promoting our vision and solutions to a wide audience.
- Engage with executives and industry leaders
- Coordinate events, and establish influential partnerships.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in business strategy, consulting, or senior sales roles, with a proven ability to scale operations and deliver measurable results at an executive level.
- Ideally, a strong track record in top-tier consulting firms such as McKinsey, EY, Deloitte, KPMG or similar, complemented by deep expertise in business development, finance, or payment technology. Alternatively, direct senior experience in fintech or payment solutions tailored to top businesses in sectors such as retail, luxury, and travel is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with a natural ability to inspire, empower, and achieve collaborative success.
- Outstanding analytical and financial planning abilities, with a sharp focus on data-driven decision-making and strategic execution.
- An established network of high-level relationships with executives in the luxury, retail, and travel industries, enabling access to key markets and opportunities.
- Beneficial will be a deep understanding or strong familiarity with cryptocurrency and blockchain technology, combined with a forward-thinking approach to emerging trends.
