About Lunio

Lunio is a scaling SaaS business with teams across London, Manchester, Chicago and Dubai. As we grow, we’re becoming more intentional about how we run the day-to-day of the business – from People Operations to CEO Office coordination – so leaders can focus on building, scaling and performing. We’re now looking for a People & Operations Coordinator to own the operational backbone of the organisation. This is a hands‑on execution and coordination role where your impact comes from follow‑through, organisation, and making sure nothing important slips through the cracks.

The Opportunity

As Lunio scales, more work is happening across more locations, teams and systems. Without clear operational ownership, essential tasks can fragment, slow down, or land on senior leaders by default. This role exists to:

  • Keep People Operations calm, consistent and reliable
  • Ensure joiners, leavers, payroll changes and system updates are handled cleanly
  • Own key business operations coordination (travel, events, office logistics, CEO office admin)
  • Reduce friction and protect leadership focus as we grow

You’ll work closely with our People Partner (People judgement, performance & experience) and Chief of Staff (strategy & operating model design), ensuring the operational foundations are always in safe hands.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Owning joiner, mover and leaver processes end‑to‑end
  • Preparing contracts and documentation
  • Coordinating onboarding/offboarding (IT, access, equipment, logistics)
  • Coordinating payroll inputs and benefits administration
  • Acting as first point of contact for procedural People queries
  • Supporting performance, pay and promotion cycles

🏢 Business Operations & CEO Office Support

  • Managing office operations and facilities coordination
  • Handling travel and accommodation for events and leadership meetings
  • Coordinating internal events (All Hands, Kick Off, team sessions)
  • Providing logistical and admin support to the CEO office and SLT
  • Administering HR and ops tools (workflows, templates, light automation)
  • Documenting processes clearly
  • Spotting recurring friction and feeding improvements back to leadership

What We’re Looking For

You’ll likely have experience in:

  • Operations, HR Administration or Business Support
  • A fast‑paced or scaling organisation
  • Running core People processes (joiners/movers/leavers, payroll coordination)
  • Managing multiple workstreams without constant direction

You’re someone who:

  • Executes end‑to‑end with accuracy and consistency
  • Keeps work calm and dependable
  • Prioritises effectively when demands compete
  • Escalates appropriately when judgement is required
  • Enjoys being the person who makes things work behind the scenes
