We're looking for a Project Architect / Architectural Technologist to join our team and create a real impact by assisting in the preparation of working drawing packages, coordinating technical information, and specification writing, whilst delivering a comprehensive technical service in an efficient, effective, and economic manner.

You’ll be responsible for assisting in the preparation of working drawing packages, coordinating technical information, and specification writing whilst delivering a comprehensive technical service in an efficient, effective, and economic manner.
Produce and co-ordinate technical drawings on a range of projects in 2D/3D using Autodesk Revit and other appropriate software, including the use of CDE portals such as Autodesk BIM360 3D models.
You’ll have a good working knowledge of environmentally sustainable systems and their application in new and existing developments as part of energy efficiency programmes or single building projects.
Degree in Architectural Technology or HNC/HND qualification in an architectural or other relevant construction related field.
Ideally a professional qualification from, or Association with the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT).
A portfolio of significant experience working as an Architect / Architectural Technologist in the education sector.
Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to use own initiative to plan and manage and prioritise own work programme, projects and other resources.
