As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Beauty Consultant who is commercially driven, culturally connected and passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences. The Role We’re looking for a passionate, energetic and customer-obsessed Beauty Consultant to bring the world of K-beauty to life for our customers. As a Luneia Beauty Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of the customer experience — introducing customers to exciting Korean beauty brands, sharing your product knowledge and creating personalised experiences that make K-beauty feel accessible, relevant and inspiring. What You’ll Do Be a passionate brand ambassador, delivering warm, knowledgeable and exceptional customer service. Drive sales through product knowledge, storytelling and customer engagement. Build lasting customer relationships and encourage loyalty through excellent service and follow-up. Stay curious about K-beauty, ingredients, hero products and emerging trends, turning your skincare expertise into commercial success. Support launches, key trading periods and brand moments with energy and enthusiasm. Keep the counter, displays and testers immaculate, hygienic and customer-ready at all times. Work collaboratively with your counter managers and the wider retail operations team to maintain strong stock standards – supporting replenishment, stock takes and inventory accuracy. Follow Luneia’s visual merchandising standards, planograms and brand guidelines. Take pride in the details and proactively flag opportunities, issues or low-stock requirements to your line manager. Represent the brand with professionalism, positivity and a genuine passion for beauty. What You’ll Bring A genuine passion for beauty and skincare. Previous retail, beauty, hospitality or customer-facing experience is desirable. A natural ability to connect with customers and create memorable experiences. Confidence in communicating product benefits and making personalised recommendations. A professional, friendly and respectful manner at all times especially when handling customer or line manager feedback. An interest in Korean beauty and culture, with a curiosity to keep learning. A commercial mindset and enthusiasm for achieving sales targets. A proactive, reliable and positive approach. Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on the business needs. Excellent attention to detail across customer service, presentation, cleanliness and stock. The energy and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. NVQ L2 Beauty Therapy qualification or above is a plus. Why Luneia?
