We're looking for someone to join Lune & Wild in Recipe Development - bringing big foodie energy to the children's category and raising the bar! Experience within food production / CPU style cooking is required .

A flavour of what you'll do:
- Help manage a portfolio of 120 + recipes
- Scale and refine recipes up to 750Kg, adding measurement and quality steps into process.
- Assess yields and viscocity readings.
- Audit and update method sheets ensuring consistency.
- Work closely with our suppliers, production team and customer service team to support NPD and launches.
- Manage our seasonal menu updates with our nursery partners, with a keen understanding of allergens to make recommendations for dietary requirements.
- Champion continuous improvement to ensure every recipe is meeting our customer's and our high standards.
- Lead the daily taste testing at our Kitchen, ensuring organoleptic standards are met.
etermine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability
Experience
- Recipe batch sizes of 200kg +
- Production Equipment such as bratt pans, kettles, blast chilling/freezing, depositing.
There is flexibility for this role to be 3-5 days per week, location Park Royal NW10.
