At Lune & Wild we\'re on a mission to raise the bar of baby and children\'s food. Our recipes are developed by our Chef Founder and Paediatric Dietitians to support children\'s development from weaning through to school age. We\'re passionate about great food and flavour and offer a variety of savoury-led ingredients to encourage a love of real, healthy food from an early age.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Production Co-ordinator at Lune & Wild in North West London. This role is integral to the smooth running of production, owning the process from supply chain to production planning. From ordering raw materials and packaging, coordinating with the production team, managing inventory, and ensuring quality control and food safety standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Control of raw materials and packaging required to execute production plan on time and in full.
- Purchasing of packaging, cleaning and office materials
- Weekly stock take of raw materials and finished goods
- Record all goods in and ensuring batch traceability through goods in to storage using our traceability system
- Plan production cycle to ensure OTIF.
- Ensure Dispatch team are prepared for all DTC and B2B orders, working with both production team and customer service to ensure deliveries are made on time and in full.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in food production and operations management
- Knowledge of food safety standards and quality control processes (additional training provided)
