What will the role involve? * Providing a warm welcome and excellent service to patients. * Carrying out pre-screening and pre-test procedures. * Supporting the Optometrist and ensuring a smooth patient journey. * Dispensing spectacles and helping patients choose suitable frames and lenses. * Fitting, adjusting and carrying out minor repairs to glasses. * Assisting with contact lens teaches and aftercare, where trained. * Managing appointments and supporting general administration. * Working closely with colleagues to ensure the practice runs smoothly.
