The Role

  • Doing the day to day running of an Independent high end optical practice
  • Ensuring that customer service is at the top of your agenda
  • Target setting, monitoring and driving the business forward
  • Staff training and keeping the team motivated and engaged
  • Administration responsibilities and compliance
  • Optical experience and previous experience in leadership roles
  • Excellent communication skills and self-motivated
  • Confident, friendly and organised
