We are looking for full and part-time optical assistants based in Epsom. The store is in the process of expanding and looking for keen, customer-focused candidates to join their successful close-knit team who all share the same passion for optics and customer service.
The role:
- Meeting and greeting customers offering excellent customer service
- Performing pre-screening eye health checks
- Ensuring a smooth and friendly handover to the optometrist
- Dispensing glasses
- Doing collections
- Helping customers choose their frames
- Fitting and repairing spectacles

- Administration duties
