The Role:

· Dispensing frames and lenses depending on lifestyle, fashion and budget

· Spending time with each patient to understand personal requirements

· Dealing with complex patient queries and providing outstanding levels of customer service

· Working closely with the director to actively drive the business forward

· Marketing, training and mentoring staff

· Working towards targets

· Able to implement relevant changes as well as working as part of a close-knit team

· An enthusiastic approach to make a positive impact on the customers experience within the practice.

· Mixture of sales skills and clinical professionalism

· Candidate must be ambitious and self-motivated
