We're looking for a passionate, customer-focused Optical Assistant to join a stylish, modern independent practice that prides itself on delivering outstanding patient care alongside luxury eyewear and a truly personalised experience.
The Role
As an Optical Assistant, you'll play an integral role in delivering a premium customer journey from the moment patients walk through the door.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming patients and providing exceptional customer service
- Carrying out pre-screening and eye health checks
- Ensuring a seamless handover to the Optometrist
- Dispensing luxury eyewear and premium prescription lenses
- Offering personalised styling advice on designer frames, sunglasses and accessories
- Adjusting, fitting and repairing spectacles
- Supporting patients with contact lens teaches
- Helping create a warm, professional and memorable patient experience
