The Role
- Welcoming patients and delivering excellent customer service.
- Carrying out pre-screening and eye health checks.
- Ensuring smooth and friendly handovers to the Optometrist.
- Dispensing spectacles and advising on suitable frames and lenses.
- Fitting, adjusting and repairing glasses.
- Providing contact lens teaches and aftercare, where trained.
- Supporting general administration and the day-to-day running of the practice.
- Helping to create a positive experience for every patient.
