Lunaria Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Optical Supervisor to join a busy and successful optical practice in Golders Green. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and motivated Optical Assistant or existing Supervisor who is looking to take the next step in their career. You’ll be joining a supportive team in a practice that prides itself on delivering exceptional customer care and high professional standards.
The Role
- Providing outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming environment
- Supporting and motivating the team to achieve practice goals
- Carrying out pre-screening and optical dispensing
- Advising patients on frames, lenses, and optical products
- Managing collections, adjustments, repairs, and aftercare
- Assisting with appointment flow and ensuring a smooth patient journey
- Handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally
- Supporting training and development of team members
- Maintaining high standards of presentation and organisation throughout the practice
