The Role
We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Optical Assistant who enjoys working with people and delivering excellent customer service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Meeting and greeting patients and providing a warm, welcoming experience.
- Helping patients choose frames and providing professional dispensing advice.
- Taking accurate measurements and ensuring spectacles fit comfortably.
- Carrying out pre-screening and other clinical support duties, where trained.
- Assisting with spectacle collections, adjustments and repairs.
- Supporting the Optometrist and wider team to ensure the smooth running of the practice.
- Carrying out general administrative duties.
