We are supporting a growing national full service law firm seeking a Senior Associate to join its Real Estate Development team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious commercial property lawyer with development experience to play a key role in a growing department handling high-value residential, commercial and mixed-use development projects.

The role offers strong client exposure, responsibility for managing key relationships and the opportunity to work closely with developers, landowners, funders and investors on complex transactions. Role & Responsibilities
  • Manage a broad range of residential and commercial development transactions
  • Advise on strategic land, mixed-use and development schemes
  • Draft and negotiate development and transactional documentation
  • Conduct title investigations, due diligence and lender reporting
  • Work closely with developers, landowners, funders and end-user tenants
  • Manage client relationships and act as a trusted adviser on key matters
  • Support and supervise junior lawyers within the team
  • Contribute to networking, marketing and wider business development initiatives
Skills & Experience Required
  • Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with solid commercial property experience
  • Strong background in development work and complex transactions
  • Experience handling acquisitions, disposals and development agreements
  • Commercially aware with strong technical drafting skills
  • Confident managing client relationships independently
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a busy caseload
  • Ambitious, proactive and keen to contribute to team growth
