We are representing a highly regarded Commercial Disputes Resolution team with specialist expertise in domestic and international disputes, including international arbitration and high-value cross-border litigation across various sectors such as energy, construction, tech, corporate, and life sciences.
Their expertise covers a wide range of areas, dealing with high-value and complex disputes arising from international arbitration, energy and waste, financial services, insurance (claimant and defendant), data protection, corporate and commercial litigation, major projects, professional negligence, contentious insolvency matters, and reputational management.
The Role:
Due to strong client demand and career progression of existing team members, there is now an exciting opportunity for a senior-level lawyer to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, hardworking, and self-motivated lawyer who can demonstrate exceptional legal capability with strong attention to detail. The successful candidate should be eager to quickly immerse themselves in a varied and interesting caseload.
