Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse and stimulating caseload, with a strong emphasis on property litigation, advise and act on landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
  • Provide advice on lease renewals under relevant legislation and dilapidations claims.
  • Lead residential possession proceedings, applying in-depth knowledge of housing law and statutory frameworks to deliver effective outcomes.
  • Resolve disputes between property owners, including boundary disagreements, nuisance claims, and enforcement of restrictive covenants.
  • Support clients through development-related disputes, offering clear and strategic advice on issues affecting neighbouring land and property interests.
