A Top Tier Patent and Trademark firm is seeking a records / renewals professional to join their friendly team.
The role will include
- Managing due dates, payments and docketing for all renewal matters relating to patents, designs and trade marks.
- Interacting with Fee Earners, at all levels, providing support and assistance where required
- Using the electronic diary system, ensuring all renewal diary actions are completed in a timely manner
- Overseeing renewal payments/instructions to relevant IPO's and local foreign associates
- Assisting with providing schedules, estimates and invoicing
The Requirements
- 1-2 years experience as a records administrator / records coordinator / renewals administrator or similar
- Completion or working towards the CIPA Administrators' Certificate would be an advantage
