We’re working with a leading, highly ranked Pensions practice that's seeking an experienced Knowledge Development Lawyer to join its London team. This is a rare opportunity to join a highly ranked advisory and contentious pensions group, known for delivering clear, practical advice and being at the forefront of sector developments.

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the team’s knowledge strategy - driving technical excellence, delivering training, creating client communications, and supporting innovation. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Knowledge Leadership: Keep the team ahead of pensions law and market trends, produce guidance notes, and contribute to thought leadership.
  • Client Engagement: Draft updates and briefings, support seminars, and represent the practice externally.
  • Training & Development: Identify needs, design and deliver sessions, and promote knowledge sharing.
  • Precedents & Systems: Maintain clause libraries, manage know-how resources, and enhance digital tools.
  • Collaboration & Innovation: Work with partners and BD teams to improve client service and mentor junior colleagues.
