We are delighted to be partnering with a leading international law firm, widely recognised for its outstanding track record in advising on complex, high-value matters across the global energy market. This opportunity offers more than a traditional Associate role. You will join a firm that places genuine emphasis on professional development, early responsibility, and long-term career progression within a collaborative and high-performing environment.
As a Corporate Energy Associate, you will play a key role in advising on a broad range of sophisticated transactions. You will work on high value, cross-border matters spanning power generation, renewables, oil and gas, infrastructure, and energy M&A. From the outset, you will engage directly with partners and clients, gaining meaningful exposure to high quality work rather than operating in a purely support capacity.
You will be part of a lean, specialist team where your contributions are visible and valued. The firm offers a structured development framework, including tailored training programmes such as Boot Camps, a Mid-Level Academy, and a Senior Academy, all designed to support your progression and help you shape your career. This is a mid-level opportunity suited to an Associate seeking greater autonomy, hands-on experience and genuine client engagement.
The Ideal Candidate
You are a qualified solicitor with proven experience in corporate and energy law. You have gained exposure to a range of energy related transactions, including renewables, power generation, oil and gas, and or infrastructure projects. You are currently working at a well-regarded law firm and bring highly transferable technical and commercial skills. Driven and ambitious, you are motivated to work in an environment where excellence is rewarded.
