You’ll be part of an enthusiastic and supportive team known for delivering excellent advisory services to a diverse client base, including trustees, employers, institutions, and high-net-worth individuals. Notably, this position provides a clear path for progression, direct client ownership, and active involvement in strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities- Deliver clear, technically robust advice on complex pensions matters.
- Act as client lead on mandates including managing financial and matter oversight.
- Drive strategic growth initiatives and contribute to business development from day one.
- Mentor and supervise Associates whilst contributing to their knowledge development.
- Collaborate closely with partners and colleagues across related practice areas.
You are an England & Wales qualified lawyer with proven experience in non-contentious pensions. Your experience will include:
- Expertise in advisory matters such as deeds of amendment, scheme changes, benefit design, mergers, and governance.
- Experience managing client relationships and supervising associates.
- Commercial awareness, technical precision, and excellent communication skills.
- A proactive approach and enthusiasm for business development.
- Ambition to progress to partnership within a supportive environment.
