An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Risk & Regulatory Lawyer to join the in-house legal risk and compliance function of a leading international law firm.

This is a broad and varied role, working closely with lawyers and business teams across the firm on a range of legal risk, regulatory and compliance matters.

The Role

The successful candidate will provide advice across a broad range of areas, which may include:

• Professional and regulatory obligations
• SRA Standards & Regulations
• Client onboarding, engagement and terms
• Conflicts and confidentiality
• Anti-Bribery & Corruption
• AML and financial crime
• Sanctions
• Risk management and professional ethics
• Regulatory and compliance projects
• Policies, procedures and internal guidance
• General legal risk and governance matters

The role would suit a lawyer who enjoys working across a variety of risk and regulatory issues and is looking to develop their career within an established in-house legal risk function.

The Requirements

You will ideally be a UK-qualified solicitor with strong experience in a legal risk, regulatory, professional support or related role.
