We are an award-nominated agency specialising in finding talent for the legal industry. We recruit lawyers, paralegals, compliance professionals, marketing & BD, and legal accounts professionals.

We are looking for someone to assist the recruitment consultants with HR and recruitment administration, and candidate resourcing:
- Screening candidates over the phone
- Managing payroll and responding to queries
- Proofreading and formatting CVs
- Uploading candidates to the CRM
Alongside these HR and recruitment duties, you can also get involved with a number of our other initiatives:
- Assisting with event planning, from round table breakfasts on specific topics to large client events at Bobbi Brown (designing invitations, arranging food, liaising with suppliers etc.) and virtual events while still in lockdown
- Creating blog and social media content with a focus on assisting social mobility in law
- Participating in volunteering and pro bono activities, perhaps at a legal advice clinic, or we have links with Dress for Success and Inspire!
A real passion for working in HR and an interest in the legal sector is essential. If you have a law degree, that would be an advantage, as would any internships or work experience in HR or recruitment. The role may also suit a paralegal looking to move into HR.
