A highly regarded senior litigation partner, recognised for their direct approach and courtroom strength, is now looking to recruit a Property Litigation Associate to support a busy, varied, and often high-profile caseload.
The Role
You will work closely with a highly experienced disputes lawyer on substantial property litigation, often stepping in where matters have become overly complex or stalled elsewhere. The work is strategic, fast-moving, and hands-on, with real responsibility and frequent client contact. The partner regularly acts as both litigator and advocate, offering clients a seamless “one-stop-shop” from advice through to court. Associates are encouraged to develop strong technical and tactical skills, with exposure to advocacy where appropriate.
Typical work includes:
