A highly regarded niche law firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join for 3-months with the genuine opportunity to join on a permanent basis. The role involves diverse commercial contracts and corporate law work supporting a breadth of multinational and US clients.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and manage commercial contracts, including creating, updating, and automating agreements.
- Handle corporate legal matters, such as drafting board minutes, agreements, resolutions, and document suites for multinational clients.
- Conduct due diligence by reviewing contracts and explaining key clauses, such as pricing provisions.
- Manage cross-border group structures and subsidiaries globally.
- Create and implement documents within inter-company group structures.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years' commercial contracts experience.
- Ability to independently draft and implement agreements with support from senior lawyers.
- Strong commercial awareness and familiarity with key contractual terms.
Preferred (not required):
- International legal experience, cross-jurisdictional work exposure, and knowledge of cross-border group structures.
