This is a rare opportunity for an energetic Senior Pensions Solicitor to join a progressive Top 50 law firm within its thriving non-contentious pensions practice. This is a senior opportunity where you can play a role in shaping the future of a ranked pensions advisory team.

You’ll be part of an enthusiastic and supportive team known for delivering excellent advisory services to a diverse client base, including trustees, employers, institutions, and high-net-worth individuals. Notably, this position provides a clear path for progression, direct client ownership, and active involvement in strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver clear, technically robust advice on complex pensions matters.
  • Act as client lead on mandates including managing financial and matter oversight.
  • Drive strategic growth initiatives and contribute to business development from day one.
  • Mentor and supervise Associates whilst contributing to their knowledge development.
  • Collaborate closely with partners and colleagues across related practice areas.
About You

You are an England & Wales qualified lawyer with proven experience in non-contentious pensions. Your experience will include:

  • Expertise in advisory matters such as deeds of amendment, scheme changes, benefit design, mergers, and governance.
  • Experience managing client relationships and supervising associates.
  • Commercial awareness, technical precision, and excellent communication skills.
  • A proactive approach and enthusiasm for business development.
  • Ambition to progress to partnership within a supportive environment.
