An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented commercial and IP lawyer seeking a senior legal counsel role at a dynamic and exciting scale up.
The company is in high growth stage, doubling its revenue year on year and has secured 8 figure funding. They have two junior legal counsel in the team and are seeking a senior lawyer to take ownership over the legal matters and manage the junior team members.
The company has a portfolio of impressive brands across beauty, health and wellness. They are seeking a lawyer who has a strong IP background as well as excellent commercial contracts experience.
The Requirements:
- It is anticipated you will have trained at a top 20 city firm and will have a minimum of 5 PQE.
- Some in-house experience would be ideal, either from a secondment, or having already made the move in-house on a permanent basis.
The package is made up of a six figure salary and share options / equity.
