Key Responsibilities

- Mentor and supervise Associates whilst contributing to their knowledge development.

About You
- You are an England & Wales qualified lawyer with proven experience in non-contentious pensions work and an established track record advising trustees and employers.
- Your experience will include expertise in advisory matters such as deeds of amendment, scheme changes, benefit design, mergers, and governance.
- Experience managing client relationships and supervising associates.
- Commercial awareness, technical precision, and excellent communication skills.
- A proactive approach and enthusiasm for business development.
- Ambition to progress to partnership within a supportive environment.
