The firm is led by an entrepreneurial lawyer who has exceptional client relationships and really cares about the wellbeing of her team. receiving a 2 Billion Dollar fine for not having the correct infrastructure, and work with an excellent client base of international household names across luxury brands, technology, food & drink, finance and leisure. There is a team of lawyers who design the architecture of the company, and this role is to support them with the technical legal side behind that. Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements and related legal documentation Supporting corporate simplification projects and strategic reorganisations Assisting with M&A transactions, legal due diligence exercises, and transaction implementation Full training will be provided on this side.
