We are an award nominated start-up legal recruitment agency with purpose. We are driven by a triple bottom line, and we care about People and the Planet as well as Profit. We work with a range of clients from leading international law firms to well-respected boutiques. We partner with them to source the best lawyers, paralegals and compliance professionals in the market.

The team is led by an award-winning recruiter who has 18 years of legal recruitment experience. The other team members include high performing recruiters who value deep client relationships and delivering outstanding results for our candidates and clients. We take our work seriously, but we have fun doing it - so if you enjoy cheesy jokes and lots of laughter you will fit in well! You will be an integral team member and we are all friendly and supportive and work collaboratively as a team.

Your role will be varied and challenging, requiring you to think creatively and to problem solve. Your focus will be in the lucrative Legal Associate & Partner space working alongside an experienced legal recruiter with a high profile and established client base. Typical duties include:

  • Resourcing for a variety of Partner & Associate roles in London and the regions
  • Identifying potential candidates on LinkedIn and LinkedIn outreach
  • Effectively utilising a range of candidate sourcing tools including LinkedIn, SourceWhale, Vincere and Atlas
  • Researching our clients and drafting high quality job adverts using the Lunaria Standard which includes ensuring inclusive and gender neutral language
  • Creating and designing social media / LinkedIn posts
  • Reviewing applications and conducting 1st stage telephone interviews to assess candidate suitability
  • Editing CVs into our format and proofreading to ensure there are no mistakes
  • Managing candidates profiles on our database ensuring it is up to date and compliant
  • Joining our senior recruiters on client/candidate meetings and events
