An established and well-regarded employment partner within the firm is seeking an experienced Interim Employment Solicitor (8+ PQE) to join their busy team.
The Role
The position focuses on contentious employment matters, with particular emphasis on discrimination and equality-related claims. The successful candidate will advise a diverse client base, including senior executives and commercial organisations operating across a range of sectors such as transport, marketing, and technology. Experience of advocacy is welcomed but not essential.
About You
This opportunity would suit a solicitor who:
- Has a minimum of 8 years’ post-qualification experience
- Trained and progressed within a reputable regional or City firm
- Has a strong track record in contentious employment work, including:
- Drafting and responding to tribunal claims
