The construction and projects practice runs as one team nationally rather than a set of separate office silos, which means the work comes from across the network. Clients include developers, SPV project companies, funders, owners, contractors and equipment suppliers, and the mandates range from local schemes to UK-wide and international projects. Day to day you'd be leading and supporting on transactions, holding your own client relationships and helping shape the team's market knowledge and business development. You'll run your own matters with a large cross-office team behind you when a deal needs it. The firm has a well-established career progression programme, and there's a clear route through for someone who wants to build a practice rather than simply service one.
