Are you an experienced energy lawyer with proven renewable energy and battery storage expertise? Our client, a leading law firm with a strong presence in the renewable and battery storage arena is seeking a client‑facing interim lawyer to join their collegiate team.

This is a rewarding interim opportunity where you\’ll work at the forefront of energy transition, advising on high‑impact projects. The successful candidate will collaborate with senior legal experts and cross‑disciplinary teams while contributing to the maintenance of high‑profile client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing commercial advice on clean energy projects.
• Drafting and negotiating EPC contracts, O&M agreements, and long‑term service arrangements.
• Supporting transactional work including project acquisitions and disposals.
• Providing legal insight on a range of clean energy technologies and infrastructure models.
• Collaborating with specialists in real estate, corporate, finance, planning, and dispute resolution.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven senior experience in battery storage, solar and renewable energy.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively across multiple locations and disciplines.
