One of the firm's highly regarded Employment Partners is now looking to grow their busy practice and is seeking an Employment Solicitor (NQ – 3 PQE) to join the team.
The Role
You will work closely with senior lawyers advising a varied client base, including commercial organisations across multiple sectors, high‑profile charitable bodies, and senior individuals. The work is intellectually stimulating, varied, and client‑facing. Experience in employment law is essential, while exposure to data protection and privacy would be advantageous but is not required.
About You
This role would suit a solicitor who:
- Is newly qualified or has up to 3 years’ post‑qualification experience
- Has trained or practised at a reputable regional or City firm
- Is confident drafting legal documents, conducting research, and advising clients directly
- Has strong communication skills and enjoys building relationships
- Is comfortable attending client meetings and business development activities
