Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver clear, technically robust advice on complex pensions matters.
  • Act as client lead on mandates including managing financial and matter oversight.
  • Drive strategic growth initiatives and contribute to business development from day one.
  • Mentor and supervise Associates whilst contributing to their knowledge development.
  • Collaborate closely with partners and colleagues across related practice areas.

About You

  • You are an England & Wales qualified lawyer with proven experience in non-contentious pensions.
  • Your experience will include expertise in advisory matters such as deeds of amendment, scheme changes, benefit design, mergers, and governance.
  • Experience managing client relationships and supervising associates.
  • Commercial awareness, technical precision, and excellent communication skills.
  • A proactive approach and enthusiasm for business development.
