Employment Solicitor/Associate
3+ PQE, London
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a mid-to-senior level Employment Associate to join a leading firm in central London.
The Firm
A highly regarded law firm, consistently ranked in legal directories across numerous practice areas. Known for its collaborative and inclusive culture, the firm offers strong infrastructure, genuinely interesting work, and excellent career development support.
The Team
The employment team advises domestic and international businesses on a wide variety of employment law matters. The team regularly works on large-scale, multi-jurisdictional projects. The London group is part of a broader global practice known for handling complex and strategic employment issues for well-known multinational clients.
The Role
This is a varied role involving:
- Advising on international employment and HR compliance matters
- Supporting cross-border M&A and restructuring projects
- Counselling multinational employers on the full employee lifecycle – from hiring and contracts to terminations and post-employment obligations
- Contributing to strategic advisory projects across multiple jurisdictions
- TUPE and related matters
You will be working closely with partners and senior lawyers on high-quality, international-facing work across a broad client base.
The Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- 3+ years' post-qualification experience in employment law
- A mix of advisory and transactional employment experience, as well as some contentious matters
