A top 10 law firm with a strong international presence and a market leading Corporate team has an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join them in London. The firm offers excellent quality of work and the successful candidate will work on some of the biggest corporate deals in the UK/internationally.
Duties will include:
- Assisting with due diligence research and analysis
- Creating, managing and supervising data rooms
- Assisting with drafting and distributing deal documents
- Assisting with completion and post completion matters
The role will be based in London and the firm will require the paralegal to be onsite 5 days a week at the start. As such, if you are a Paralegal with at least one year's Corporate or Private Equity (PE) experience at another UK/International law firm then please do get in touch. The role may particularly suit a future trainee who has their training contract secured for March or September 2026.
