A leading international law firm is seeking a Junior Corporate Associate (up to 4 years PQE) to join its growing London office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior lawyer looking to take on more responsibility, work closely with senior lawyers, and be involved in high-quality cross-border corporate and commercial matters.
The Role
You will work as part of a tight-knit and collaborative team, advising clients on a broad range of transactions, including:
- Private M&A (core focus)
- Venture capital and private equity investments
- Joint ventures and corporate restructurings
- Licensing, collaborations, and commercial deals in the life sciences space
- Broader corporate advisory and company law matters
The team frequently collaborates with colleagues across Europe and the US and is known for its deep sector expertise and hands-on training environment.
About You
We are keen to speak with associates who are:
- 0-4 years PQE and qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales
- Experienced in or keen to focus on private M&A
- Interested in or have exposure to the life sciences sector
- Comfortable working on complex, cross-border transactions
- Self-motivated, commercially minded, and eager to take responsibility
- Strong academics and experience at a top international, US, or specialist corporate transactional firm is highly desired.
