You will join a well-resourced practice known for high-quality advisory work for a diverse client base that includes trustees, employers, institutions and high-net-worth individuals. This role offers early leadership opportunities, direct client ownership and active involvement in shaping the team’s strategy. You will also have access to structured development support geared towards those with partnership ambitions.
Key Responsibilities- Providing clear, technically strong advice on complex pensions matters.
- Acting as client lead on significant mandates, including responsibility for financial and matter management.

You will be an England & Wales qualified lawyer with strong non-contentious pensions experience and a track record advising trustees and employers. You will bring:
- Expertise in key advisory work including deeds of amendment, scheme changes, benefit design, mergers and day-to-day governance advice.
- Experience managing client relationships and supervising associates.
- Strong commercial awareness, technical precision and excellent communication skills.
