This a newly created opportunity, with a vibrant corporate team, seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor (Principal Associate) to join their ranks. The ideal candidate will have a breadth of corporate law experience and a proven track record with a reputable corporate team.
You'll be joining an award winning team with a strength advising listed and high quality entrepreneurial clients. You'll work alongside a Partnership group committed to your personal development and your rewarding workload will include mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, company reorganisations, demergers and corporate governance.
The ideal candidate will be adept at handling a variety of matters and managing clients with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality work and exceptional client service
- Technical proficiency in managing complex corporate transactions
