As part of our engineering team, you’ll shape the platforms and tools that drive high‑impact research – designing systems that scale, accelerate discovery and support innovation across the firm.
The role sits within the Basecamp Technology group and provides specialised engineering capabilities and scalable components to our Research and Trade Technology groups. It is an impactful role that will require you to design, build and operate scalable solutions that enhance the developer and research experience across the entire organisation. You will lead the strategy, design, delivery and operation of critical engineering and research‑facing systems, guiding and growing a team of talented engineers working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, building out our best‑in‑class tooling.
