Lunar Digital is a young agency but we've grown fast, and that momentum is carrying into 2027 as we search for an intuitive, data-driven Paid Media Executive to join our close-knit team.
We work with a mix of B2C and B2B clients ranging from sports marketing to hospitality, automotive and interior design – backed by a network of trusted external partners who bring specialist expertise wherever we need it.

- Note : This role requires hands‑on, day‑to‑day experience running live campaigns in both
- Google Ads and
Meta Ads Manager . We won't be able to progress applications without demonstrable experience in both platforms specifically.
- Who We're Looking For
- 2–3 years' hands‑on experience planning, running and optimising
- Paid Search campaigns in Google Ads
- 2–3 years' hands‑on experience planning, running and optimising
- Paid Social campaigns in Meta Ads Manager
- Strong ability to analyse data to inform decisions, with proven success achieving client objectives through knowledge, creativity and problem‑solving
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Able to clearly articulate campaign performance, both in writing and to clients directly
- Experience with PMAX/Shopping, Demand Gen and Linked In Ads
- Google Analytics, Facebook Attribution and Google Tag Manager
- Experience with other paid platforms: Pinterest, X, Spotify, Tik Tok, Bing
- Experience managing Google Merchant Center and monitoring product feeds
- Experience creating audience lists and setting up remarketing campaigns
- Understanding of programmatic campaigns and third‑party media planning tools
- Ability to use AI tools such as Claude to problem‑solve and develop agency processes
- Curious, proactive and adaptable - comfortable keeping up with platform changes in a fast‑moving industry
