Your objective is to proactively build a portfolio of clients, along with finding, negotiate, recommend and sell the best flight options on the market to our customers while being part of a new dynamic department carrying on the growth of the company.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Include building strong relationships with clients, providers and operators alike. It is essential to be able to prospect and develop the company portfolio throughout proactive cold calling sessions whilst maintaining the upmost standard of bespoke service before, during and after the flight. You will also have an importable operational side on a day to day basis, monitoring carefully all your flights (including outside of office hours) and going at the airport supervising the check-in of your flight and meeting your clients.

QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFILE
- Minimum 2 years of work experience either as charter operator or charter broker
- You are a motivated and dynamic person looking to join the next generation of LunaJets Brokers
- Client focused with a high sense of responsibility
- Self-starter and self-learner who is not afraid to think outside the box and a strong team player
- Very organized, flexible and able to multitask (cold calls, flight briefs, negotiations, client meetings…) and able to work under high pressure
- You have an undergraduate degree (Bachelor, Diploma, etc.), preferably in business, aviation, hospitality, yachting or real estate and you have a very good knowledge of the luxury industry
- Perfect fluency in English. Other languages highly appreciated
- Keen on delivering the highest possible customer service
