Your Objective
- Proactively build a portfolio of clients, find, negotiate, recommend, and sell the best flight options on the market to our customers while being part of a new dynamic department driving the growth of the company.
- Build strong relationships with clients, providers, and operators.
- Prospect and develop the company portfolio through proactive cold calling sessions while maintaining the utmost standard of bespoke service before, during, and after the flight.
- Monitor all your flights (including outside of office hours) and supervise the check-in of your flight at the airport, meeting your clients.

Qualifications
- You are a motivated and dynamic person looking to join the next generation of LunaJets Brokers.
- You are client-focused with a high sense of responsibility, a self-starter and self-learner who is not afraid to think outside the box, and a strong team player.
- You are very organized, flexible, and able to multitask (cold calls, flight briefs, negotiations, client meetings…) and work under high pressure.
- You have an undergraduate degree (Bachelor, Diploma, etc.), preferably in business, aviation, hospitality, yachting, or real estate, and possess a very good knowledge of the luxury industry.
- No aviation experience is required.
- Perfect fluency in English is a must. Other languages are highly appreciated.
- A valid work permit for the UK is requested.
- You are keen on delivering the highest possible customer service.
