Luna The Dental Vets is the brainchild of Dr Joe Inglis MRCVS and Louise Cooke, creating innovative affordable dental care for dogs and cats. We’re now looking for additional RVN (Registered Veterinary Nurse) support for our Wokingham practice.
You’ll work alongside certificate holder vets, have access to our clinical board and support across procedures from prevention, extraction to restoration. Our nurses lead dental health assessments, 6‑monthly checks, and there’s plenty of scope for growth as we grow.
RequirementsYour role: As an RVN you’ll deliver exceptional pet care, from free dental health assessments to general anaesthetic monitoring. You’ll be able to work up to Schedule 3 or get support to develop in a dental pathway. Our state‑of‑the‑art kit and tech means you’ll be supported throughout.
- Full time (4 × 10 hour shifts)
- General anaesthetic monitoring
- Working up to Schedule 3 as you feel comfortable
- Delivering free dental health assessments and post‑operative checks
- Improving preventative dental care through the Luna Dental Health Club
- Ad hoc community events and activities
- Salary up to £33,000
- Pre‑scheduled appointments only, meaning leaving on time
- 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. shifts
- 1 in 3 Saturdays (or less). Monday to Friday to start with; Saturdays as we grow
- Close Bank Holidays
- FIGS scrubs
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Clinics shut between Christmas & New Year
- Access to BVDA membership
